Return Policy
Thank you for choosing JooJoo Paper! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging.

Return Process
To return an item, please email us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your item to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Your refund only covers the merchandise you return, and the shipping cost is non-refundable unless the error is from our side (Please see the "Exceptions" section)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been proceeded.

In order to cancel your order, contact us at Requests for cancellations will only be honored if your order has not yet been dispatched.

For defective, damaged, or wrong products, please contact us at to arrange a refund or exchange. In cases that the error is from our side, we will be responsible for the shipping cost of resending the items to you. 

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging.
