Tracking your order
We will include your order's tracking info in the shipping confirmation email we send you. However some shipping methods do not have tracking option. Please refer to the section above for more info on what services do not have tracking available. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Reporting a non-delivery
The shipping dates mentioned above are merely estimates, and that a variety of circumstances, including weather conditions, random customs controls, postal service errors, etc. can impact how quickly packages are delivered. If delivery is delayed by over 4 weeks we can cancel your order and give you a full refund for any unreceived items. Alternatively we can send your order again.
